Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a project launched by NAVTTC to certify the skilled person trained through informal sector known as ‘Ustad-Shagird’ system. To enhance employment prospects locally and globally for the youth, TRACE PAKISTAN launched RPL drive as a tool to recognize and certify the skills acquired through informal or unregulated means.
